Canam Electric was founded in Montreal, Canada in 1978. Several years later, the Company relocated to Florida, where it’s built an extensive track record in the multi-family, commercial, industrial and high-end residential sectors.
Canam Electric revamped its leadership team in early 2026, adding Chase Hardin as President, Tom White as Senior Vice President, and Jeff Theurer as Senior PM. Chase has a background in private equity, while Tom and Jeff bring more than 75 years of experience in the electrical contracting trade.
Canam Electric’s scope of work ranges from ground-up new construction and design-build coordination to complex renovations where MEP coordination and schedule pressure requires significant planning and expertise.
Chase Hardin joined as CEO in December 2025, bringing a finance and investment background to the company’s strategic leadership.
Jeff Theurer brings more than 40 years of industry experience to CanAm as Senior Project Manager and Estimator.
From rough-in to terminations, every circuit is installed per plans and specifications. We require our field teams to deliver quality work because the cost of rework, failed inspections, and callbacks is always higher than the cost of doing it right the first time.
